How to View Your Messages and Notifications in Vpass?
5 types of messages are available and may/may not receive in the Vpass Mobile App
- Vpass user is added into Enterprise Dashboard by the Vpass user’s Organization
- When the result is identified as Positive, the User selected the first option. This status will show as Pending.
- When the Pending result is confirmed by Pharmacy.
- When the result is invalid, the user is asked to retest.
- When the voucher is claimed. The online shopping voucher link is attached.
